Booking & Salon Policies

At Charisma by Anyce, every appointment is designed to be a luxury, personalized experience. To ensure consistency, professionalism, and respect for all clients, please review the following policies before booking.

💳 Booking & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

  • Deposits go toward your total service cost.

  • The remaining balance must be paid at the time of your appointment using accepted payment methods.

 

🚫 All Sales Final

  • All bundle purchases are non-refundable.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Once you leave your appointment, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Your satisfaction is very important. Please ensure you are fully satisfied before leaving.

                                              ✨ Satisfaction Guarantee

If you experience any concerns, you must contact me within 48 hours of your appointment. I am more than willing to correct any issues within that timeframe.

 

🔄 Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • I understand that life happens—please communicate accordingly.

  • You must notify me before the day of your appointment to reschedule.

  • Same-day reschedules will result in a $10 rescheduling fee.

  • Same-day cancellations will be treated as a no call / no show.

Deposit Exception

If I need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be transferred to a new appointment or refunded if necessary. I always strive to show up for my clients on time and prepared.

🚫 No Call / No Show Policy

  • Failure to show up without communication will be considered a no call / no show.

  • A 50% service payment upfront will be required to book again.

  • After two (2) no call / no shows, you will be prohibited from booking future appointments.

⏰ Late Policy

  • A 10-minute grace period is allowed.

  • After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee will be added for every additional 10 minutes.

  • After 30 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled.

 

🧼 Hair Prep

To ensure the best results:

  • Washing services are currently not provided while I finalize my new location.

  • Please arrive with your hair freshly washed and blow-dried.

                                                        Bundles

  • If you wash your bundles beforehand, they must be completely dry before your appointment.

 

👩🏽‍🦱 Guests 

  • No extra guests are allowed.

  • The only exception is a minor receiving a service, accompanied by one adult.

 

Child Pickup 

  • Children must be picked up within 10 minutes after service completion.

  • A $15 late fee will apply after 10 minutes.

  • After 30 minutes, you will be restricted from future bookings.

 

👜 Personal Belongings

  • Large bags will be safely stored during your appointment to maintain a clean, organized space.

💁🏽‍♀️ Hair Disclaimer

  • Results may vary depending on the quality of hair used.

  • I am not responsible for issues with hair not purchased through Charisma by Anyce.

 

⏳ Service Timing

  • All service times are estimates and may vary.

  • Please plan accordingly and avoid scheduling tight commitments immediately after your appointment.

 

📸 Media Consent

Photos and videos may be taken for promotional purposes. Please notify me prior to your service if you prefer not to be recorded.

 

🚫 Right to Refuse Service

Charisma by Anyce reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful, repeatedly late, or does not follow salon policies.
